Description:
Chai tea is a flavorful mixture of black teas and spices. It is inspired by tea
making methods in India, where tea leaves and spices are simmered with whole
milk, and makes a warming and revitalizing infusion. Technically this is Masala
Chai, as "chai" is the word for "tea" in various Eurasian
languages, and "masala chai" would mean a mixed-spice tea.

2 teaspoons of chai per cup of water. Steep at 212° F for 5 or more minutes. Strain, add hot milk, and sweeten with sugar or honey to desired taste.
Ingredients:
Black teas, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and pepper.
