White Coconut Lime Balsamic

We put the lime in the coconut and drink it all up!  The soft coconut flavors softens the acid of the lime.  You can use this in your bar in place of Coco Lopez to mix drinks with an extra kick.  Drizzle over any fruit salad or blend with whipping cream and top desserts like cheesecake or Key Lime pie.
