There are no refunds on food items, but you can exchange an oil or a vinegar for a different one if it's unopened.
The return shipping to Oilicious is at your expense.
Any non-food item can be returned and refunded if sent back to us in undamaged condition.
If you receive an item that is broken please submit pictures to Oilicious through our email at oilicious@outlook.com so we can submit them to the shipper.
Your order will be shipped by UPS usually by the next business day, but up to 3 business days if there's a delay in processing.
